Sauted Radishes

Take 2-3 bunches of radishes, clean, behead, and slice, melt 1 Tablespoon of butter in saucepan, add radishes and saute until softened, but still crunchy, about 6 minutes. Remove radishes from pan and top with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. Serve immediately.
