Local Honey from Schoolhouse Apiary
Laura Heiman of Schoolhouse Apiary will have the first of this summer’s honey – clear, light yellow and with a distinctive, complex flavor. The flavor of local honey varies with the season, and early season honey is Laura’s favorites. Laura says this year’s comb honey is among the best she has ever had, so try some now while supplies last. Honey vinegar made from mead is Laura’s special product for 2014. Since it has to age 1 full year she waited
a long time for it to be ready! While the sweetness is gone, mead vinegar retains the honey flavor, and is great for salad dressing or with fruit.
Hand-crafted Leather Goods by Kelly Asada
New among Kelly Asada’s hand-crafted leather goods are women’s cell phone cases and a wallet clutch. Kelly has a limited number of purses from tooled Italian leather. Tablet computer sleeves are a popular new item. Other favorite items include wallets for men and women, money clips, card holders, and belts.
