Featured Farmer:  The Grovestead

Rory and Becca Groves are raising pastured meats; chickens, lamb, chevon (goat), and pork.  They are trying to find buyers interested in quality, organically, raised meat.  They moved to Northfield five years ago to raise their family in a more rural/natural setting.  The Groves say, “We are city kids trying our hands at living in the country, and so far, we are loving it!”

Featured Artist: The Jade Dog Designs

Darcy Horn has recently moved to Northfield and will be joining us at the market for the end of the season.  She creates jewelry that is hand beaded and formed from recycled materials.  Darcy began her beading career making art-to-wear and successfully ran her own business selling her own work online, in galleries, and at juried art shows.  For the past six years she’s evolved her beadwork techniques to make personal and political sculptures.
