Music by Andy Hartin, fresh local produce and artisan foods, the area’s finest art and crafts, , all at Riverwalk Market Fair, Saturday August 4 from 9 am to 1 pm, rain or shine, in historic downtown Northfield’s Bridge Square.

 

Seasonal Produce from Local Farmers, Artisan Foods, Art and Fine Crafts

Local farmers have early summer produce including fresh-picked romaine, green and red butter lettuce, Swiss chard, arugula, kale, kohlrabi, fennel, rhubarb, spinach, radishes, green onions, garlic scapes, peas, potatoes, zucchini, cilantro, broccoli, and herbs, as well as local soil-grown tomatoes, and handmade natural soaps.  Artisan foods include fresh-baked breads, delicious sweet and savory pastries, cookies and cupcakes, jams and jellies, and locally roasted coffee.

Wood hand-crafted home accessories, jewelry, fiber art, watercolor paintings, photography, glass art, and pottery are among the fine art and fine crafts for sale.  All art and fine crafts are original work, designed and created by the artists.

Featured Farmer:  Crack of Dawn Bakehouse & Market

Lori Momberg and husband Chris have been a favorite at Riverwalk Market Fair for many years.  They are well known for their great cinnamon rolls, breads, quiches, and many other treats they sell.

A long with their sales at the market, Crack of Dawn has a shop in Faribault.  A local, family-owned bakehouse & farmer’s market-style shop. Everything is scratch-made daily, with real ingredients and lots of love.

Featured Artist: Bare Naked Soaps

 Tracy Doffing owns and operates Bare Naked Soaps and produces handmade goat milk soaps.  She takes pride in making her soap in small batches using the highest quality base oils, fragrance and/or essential oils, natural colorants and fresh goat milk. All the ingredients above, combined with a six to eight-week cure time, results in a luxurious bar of soap that our customers can enjoy!

            Andy Hartin will be bringing his musical talent to the Riverwalk Market Fair on Saturday.  He is known to sing and play songs from many different genres.  Andy owns his own guitar building and repair business in which he takes immense pride in.  He knows his guitars from inside to out and really enjoys playing music.
