Kale Chips

Serving size: four to eight people. Prep time: 15 minutes, cooking time: 8 minutes.

Using one bunch of kale,

Remove the ribs. Wash and DRY leaves. You can dry the leaves by patting them between tea towels. (Lacinato or Dino kale is easier to dry.) Tear them into chip-size pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Serve.
