Featured Farmer: Ruthie’s Kitchen
Ruth Edstrom creates wonderful jams/jellies, baked goods, candy, and pickles in her kitchen. She provides these fine goodies at Riverwalk Market Fair once to twice a month. When asked what’s great about the market she said “Customers! Environment feels like a European market.”
Featured Artist: Glynnis Lessing Ceramics
Glynnis strives to make beautiful, yet highly functional pots that will find an intimate niche in the daily lives of the people who take them home. Her work is created with the hope that it will be aesthetically pleasing to people who will choose it for their use instead of the mass-produced items. She’s had a lifetime love of ceramics since she was nine and continues to produce great forms of art.
