Artisan foods include fresh-baked breads, delicious sweet and savory pastries, locally roasted, brewed coffee, and salsa.

Watercolor paintings, fused glass art, woodworking, fiber art, and jewelry are among the art and fine crafts for sale.

Crack of Dawn Artisan Breads & Treats

Crack of Dawn Chris & LoriIn their fifth season at Riverwalk Market Fair, Crack of Dawn bakers Lori and Chris Momberg continue to grow their selection of tasty, fresh-baked breads and complementary treats. Receiving their commercial license this year has allowed them to offer dips and butters, such as popular spinach-artichoke dip, to pair with their breads, as well as coffee. Chris and Lori actually wake up before the Crack of Dawn every Saturday, so that all breads–cinnamon rolls, specialty breads, baguettes, and gluten-free breads–are fresh-baked on market day.
