August 31st Market Features the Accordion Stylings of Leanne and the final week of the Wandering House Project!

Music by The Accordion Stylings of Leanne; fresh local produce and artisan foods, the area’s finest art and crafts, and the Northfield Public Library Book Bike, all at Riverwalk Market Fair, Saturday August 31 from 9 am to 1 pm, rain or shine, in historic downtown Northfield’s Bridge Square.

Featured musical guest, Leanne Hill’s unique accordion stylings combine her eclectic interest in musical styles, which range from classical to European folk to old-time American. Her unique style takes inspiration from the music she encountered on her European travels. Revelers at numerous Oktoberfests have enjoyed melodious strains from her instrument, as have patrons of French restaurants in New England who have mused over her renditions of famous musette works. Her inventive arrangements and uncovering of forgotten repertoires make for a riveting spectacle for the ear, mind and heart.
